Minimalist concrete candle plate

Our candle plate is made by hand from concrete.

Candle residue on the plate can be easily scraped off. You can also remove stubborn wax residue with hot water (caution: do not pour down the drain). Alternatively, you can sprinkle a cloth with essential oil and use it to remove the wax residue.

• Remove all packaging before lighting the candle.
• If the candle starts to soot, extinguish the flame, trim the wick with scissors or a wick trimmer, and relight the candle.
• Always keep the candle within sight.
• Keep matches and lighters out of reach of children.
• Teach everyone in the family, especially children, how to handle candles responsibly.
• Do not use the candle if the concrete vessel is cracked or damaged.
• Be aware that the vessel of a burning candle can become very hot.
• Do not touch the vessel until it has cooled down.
• To ensure even burning, always let the candle burn for at least 4 hours. A slight wax residue on the rim of the vessel is normal and varies depending on color, scent, and conditions (e.g., drafts).
• To prevent surface damage, always use a suitable coaster when approximately 1 cm of wax remains in the vessel.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep the candle out of reach of children and pets.
• Always maintain a safe distance between burning candles.
• Always place candles on dry surfaces and away from anything flammable.
• Keep the wick short at all times.
• Keep the wax surface free from wick trimmings, matches, or highly flammable materials.
• Avoid drafts.
• Always place candles in an upright position.
• Extinguish the flame instead of blowing it out.
• Do not use liquid to extinguish the flame.
• Do not move a burning candle.
• Do not burn near heat sources.
