To ensure that your candle lasts for a long time, pay attention to the following things:
• Let the candle burn for at least 2 hours so that the wax on the surface liquefies and no tunnel is created
• The maximum burning time should not exceed 4 hours. Allow the wax to solidify again before lighting it again
• Trim the wick before each new lighting

• Remove all packaging before lighting the candle.
• If the candle starts to soot, extinguish the flame, trim the wick with scissors or a wick trimmer, and relight the candle.
• Always keep the candle within sight.
• Keep matches and lighters out of reach of children.
• Teach everyone in the family, especially children, how to handle candles responsibly.
• Do not use if the concrete vessel is cracked or damaged.
• Be aware that the vessel of a burning candle can become very hot.
• Do not touch the vessel until it has cooled down.
• To ensure even burning, always let the candle burn for at least 4 hours. A slight wax residue on the rim of the vessel is normal and varies depending on color, scent, and conditions (e.g., drafts).
• To prevent damage to surfaces, use a suitable coaster when approximately 1 cm of wax remains in the vessel.

• Keep the wax surface free of wick trimmings, matches, or highly flammable materials.
